When you follow the aftercare advice, your set will last about 3 weeks. Book your fill every 2–3 weeks.
Waiting longer doesn't just risk damage to your natural lashes, it also usually means you'll need a full new set instead of a quick fill.

Studio policies
Thank you for choosing Sunny Luxe Studio! These policies are here to keep things running smoothly and fair for everyone. Booking an appointment means you agree to these terms.
Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit of up to 50% of your service cost is required to confirm your booking.
- The deposit amount is confirmed at the time of booking and goes toward your total service cost.
- Deposits are forfeited for no-shows or late cancellations (see below).
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit.
- No-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be required to pay in full for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service, rescheduling, or treatment as a no-show, at the artist's discretion.
- Late arrivals may not receive the full intended set due to time constraints.
- Please contact me before arriving for an appointment if you are feeling ill.
Guests & Children
- To maintain a clean, relaxing environment, no guests, plus-ones, or children are permitted in the treatment area.
- Please arrange childcare and come alone to your appointment.
Health & Eligibility
- Please disclose the following before booking: pregnancy, active eye infections, chemotherapy, use of lash-growth serums, or recent lash lifts/tints.
- You are responsible for disclosing any known allergies, including to adhesives or latex.
- Sunny Luxe Studio reserves the right to refuse or modify service if the eye area appears irritated, infected, or unsuitable for lash application.
Touch-Ups & Redos
- A complimentary touch-up is available within 7 days of your original appointment for any application issues.
- Touch-ups outside this window will be treated as a new fill and charged accordingly.
- Poor retention resulting from not following aftercare instructions (e.g., oil-based products, inadequate brushing, excessive rubbing) is not covered under this policy.
- No refunds are offered on completed services.
Aftercare
- Aftercare instructions will be provided at checkout, both verbally and in writing.
- Following aftercare is essential to lash retention and your results. Non-compliance is not covered under the touch-up policy.
Removal of Other Artists' Work
- Lash removal for extensions applied elsewhere is available for an additional fee and is not included in a new set.
- Please allow extra time when booking if you need a removal beforehand.
Patch Tests
- New clients or clients with sensitive skin/eyes may be required to complete a patch test at least 24–48 hours before their first appointment.
- This helps protect you from potential allergic reactions to adhesive or products used.
Photo Consent
- Sunny Luxe Studio may photograph before/after results for marketing and social media purposes.
- If you'd prefer your photos not be used, just let your artist know. No problem at all!
Pricing
- Pricing is subject to change and is confirmed at the time of booking.
- Older promotions, screenshots, or previously quoted prices may not reflect current rates.
